Char-will is the perfect place for your furry friend to stay while you're away. Our rural location in New Ringgold, PA provides a safe and fun environment for your canine companion. Our experienced and caring staff and family live on the premises, ensuring that your pets safety and wellbeing.

Our owners and caretakers are always on the premises. We offer drop off and pick up 7 days a week between 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

and 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

We're open 365 days a year, by appointment!

Flexibility

Our daily rates include a 24-hour period between drop off and pickup, plus a 4-hour additional window for pick up. Please be aware that if you are unable to pick up your pet after 4 hours of the time of day you dropped off, an additional pro-rated amount will be added.

Safety Matters

To keep all pets safe, proof of the following vaccines must be presented. For your convenience, you can email in advance or bring their paperwork at the time of boarding.

We understand how important your furry friends are to you, which is why we offer heated and air-conditioned kennels to ensure their comfort all year round. Rest assured that your pets will be in good hands with us.

Special Boarding

Looking for a reliable place to board your pet while you run errands? We've got you covered! Our flexible options include 1/2 day and single day boarding, ranging from 1 to 10 hours. Trust us to take care your furry friend while you take care of your to-do list.

Play Time

Our outdoor play areas are perfect for your canines to have fun and stay active. We have just as much fun as they do getting outdoors several times a day. With large fenced-in areas, a roof to keep them cool and dry, and plenty of toys and activities, they'll have a blast playing and exercising. Plus, our baby pools are a great way for them cool off on hot days. And if you'd like to give them even more activity, we also offer additional walks for just $7 each.

Affordability

To save our clients money, we accept only cash or check payment at time of up. Credit cards and debit cards are not accepted. Thank for choosing us for your pet's boarding needs!

Medications

If your pet requires medication during their stay with us, we've got you covered. Bring their medication along with detailed instructions from your vet, and we'll make sure they receive the proper dosage. Please note that there may be additional fees associated with administering medication.

Guidelines

To ensure the safety and health of all animals in our facility, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing your pet for boarding or daycare if they exhibit any of the following symptoms. This includes coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, or any signs of illness. Thank you your cooperation in keeping facility a safe and healthy for all pets.

Overnight Boarding Rates

DOGS

$32/day Standard Charge.
$30/day with owner's food. If bringing your own food, please bring only enough for your pet's boarding stay and place in pre-portioned bags.
$7 for additional 15 - 20 minute walk outside and up the hill to take in the views and smells of nature.
3 or more dogs - $5.00 discount for each additional dog per day.
Please note - 1/2 days will be charged if the dog(s) are dropped off in the a.m. and picked up in the p.m.

Please Note:

Multiple dogs may not be put in the same kennel without the owner signing a Hold Harmless form.
Your large and small dog cannot be kenneled together.
If our kennel staff observes fleas or other parasites, we reserve the right to treat and charge the owner for the service rendered.

CATS

$15/day Standard Charge
$12/day with owner/s litter and food

Doggy Daycare / Partial Day

$10 up to 3 hours
$15 over 3 and up to 6 hours
$20 over 6 hours and under 10
$25 over 10 hours

MEDICATIONS:

No extra charge for administering medications/supplements in pill form once per day .
Multiple medications or multiple administering may incur an additional charge.
Ear, Eye, and Injections given to your pet will incur a $2/day charge.

Alternative times may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

Holiday Hours:

$10.00 additional for drop off / pick up on holidays.

Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Day:

7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Christmas Eve and New Years Eve:

7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.
